How long do you take to edit your photos?

Our post-production typically takes 60 days since it's the most time-intensive part of your wedding as we work hard to ensure your images meet our artistic standards. Every photo has a custom look applied and is adjusted for things like brightness and optimal color.

How do we book you?

After looking through our portfolio on our website please send us an inquiry through our contact page you can find on our website. Once we have confirmed availability we schedule a quick  chat to go over details and finalize your booking within 24 hours. We offer in-person or over-the-phone consultations to discuss the booking. A 50% non-refundable retainer fee for date reservation and both signatures are required to reserve our services for your date, that means that your date is fully secured.

How far in advance should we reach out to book?

You can reach out anytime! Bookings are handled based on our current schedule, so if your date is still open, we’ll be happy to lock it in for you.

How big is your team?

We are a dedicated team that is focused on quality depending on the package selected, we can only take one package per day.  meaning we can only take one TEAM PACKAGE and one of the other packages per day.

What if we need to cancel/Reschedule our wedding?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your wedding, please let us know as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to our availability, and any payments made will be applied to your new date if possible. Cancellation policies may vary depending on how close to the event the change is made.

Do you deliver raw Photos?

No, we don't deliver RAW footage. This ensures consistency in colors, brightness, style, and mood in a manner that is reflective of our artistic style.

Do you photoshop your clients?

We mainly focus on celebrating beauty, love and authentic moments. We only remove temporary blemishes like bruises and acne, nothing more. If you are especially self-conscious about something, please let us know, and we will be sure to be mindful of your concern when photographing you.

We’re not photogenic, How will you capture our beautiful moment?

You don’t need to be photogenic — that’s our job! We focus on making you feel comfortable and confident, capturing authentic moments that bring out your natural beauty. When a couple is engaged in an activity that they love to do together, they naturally forget that they’re being photographed. This is the goal for each shoot. We don’t coach our couples into unnatural poses, but we will give them little prompts. Our directions are small and simple, as we like to allow you to interpret the prompts in your own way that feels natural.

What are Sneak Peeks?

Sneak peeks are roughly 10 - 20 images delivered 3-5 days after the wedding for sharing on social media and with family and friends.

How do we receive our photos?

Accepted Answer

When the editing is complete, we upload the images to an online gallery and send it to you via email. You can share the link with friends and family, so they can view your photos. You can also download the whole gallery to your computer. The images are stored online for 6 months, but we will also mail you the images on a USB as a backup.

How many images do I get in my full wedding gallery?

A wedding gallery contains about 100 images per hour of shooting. So if we are shooting your wedding for 8 hours that’s 800

Who edits the photos for NaEl team?

All photographs are edited by our lead photographer and editor.

Do you provide videography?

Accepted Answer

We do not, as we specialize in photography. But we can provide some amazing referrals upon booking.

How many photographers/videographers will be at our wedding?

Most packages come with 2 photographers and/or 2 videographers.

Will we meet or speak with the team before the wedding day?

Yes! We want to establish a good relationship with you and understand how you want your day to go. We will meet at engagement shoots, contact with our client success manager and 1 final walkthrough call close to your wedding day!

Question 17

Do we capture in Studio Portraits?

Yes, but since we do not own a studio of our own, the client would need to book the studio separately. Please contact us prior to booking if you need some suggested studios to book. Otherwise, we assume all bookings are for outdoor portraits or general public areas
